HOUSTON, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Particle
Drilling Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDRT) ("PDTI") today
announced that the post-effective amendment to its
registration statement on Form S-3 to register the resale,
from time to time, of 14,131,538 shares of its common stock by
selling shareholders named in the registration statement has
been declared effective by the staff of the Securities and
Exchange Commission.
PDTI prepared and filed the registration statement
pursuant to registration rights that it had granted to certain
of its stockholders.
